- Shipped a working product to real customers in five months. Training centers now run their daily operations on it, and the link below opens the live platform, not a prototype.
- Wired the platform into Tunisia's payment rails (D17, Flouci, and ClicToPay) with a dual confirmation path so no payment goes silently missing, even on a gateway that never reports success.
- Isolated every training center from day one. Onboarding the next customer is a signup, not a redeployment, and unpaid accounts drop to read-only without anyone chasing invoices.
- Installed the delivery process alongside the engineers: review gates, QA sign-off, and automatic deploys on every approved change, so the founder never had to manage the build.
